Who I Am

I am Judith M Dowrie, a SMART bus driver in Macomb County by day and a "Sweet Heat" Sauce manufacturer by night. The sauce, inspired by a recipe from my grandmother, is "all-natural" and has "no preservatives." I continue to develop and produce my sauce, always keeping the same great taste!

How it Began

I started by giving "Sweet Heat" Sauce to passengers on my bus at Thanksgiving resulting in a very positive response. As more people got a taste for the sauce, I was frequently asked for more sauce at every opportunity, more than I had enough time to make. "Sweet Heat" Sauce was Born!

Then to Now

"Sweet Heat," now a copywritten recipe, will soon be manufactured by a state licesned kitchen and will be available in sample and quart jars. Please leave me your e-mail address to notify you of availability.
